Your target audience could fall into a number of different categories but it is our job to determine who will most likely be interested in your property. For example, a 4 bedroom detached property on a quiet estate would most likely attract a family with young children whereas a 2 bedroom terrace house may be more likely to attract a retired couple or first time buyers.

Accompanied Viewings

We will ensure that all of the sales staff at Smarta Move will have an in-depth knowledge of your home; this can then be relayed to any prospective buyer during the viewing process. We will advise you when we conduct viewings on your home and if you are present at the viewing, we may call on you to offer any further information required.

Fees

Here at Smarta Move we aim to offer the most competitive fees and an excellent service, we do not charge high fees as we have low costs and can pass that onto the owners. Every home is different so if you are looking to sell, it is always best to speak to us directly about fees and we can provide an up to date and detailed quote.
All of our fees will include an additional 20% VAT Charge.
